Xperscore's Engine
Our engine starts by silently monitoring employees’ non-confidential internet and intranet browsing and interpersonal interactions, while employees use enterprise platforms such as Jive Software and Sharepoint. Xperscore also monitors non-confidential external interactions of employees, outside experts, external web based forums, social networks, business networks, and knowledge media. While thousands of daily interactions occur, the engine implicitly and explicitly learns from users’ actions to build a reliable, validated, and sortable knowledge base of information and experts, both categorically and by relevance. |
