Although there are other social business and collaboration tools, Xperscore intends to go further, having developed a cutting edge human based genetic algorithm designed to interpret rankings and proprietary behavioral signals to present an accurate and consistent showcase of corporate expertise. “While there are other tools that offer expertise location, they presently only have a maximum of 60% accuracy,” Gossage explained. “Xperscore has a unique, automatic method of identifying experts in your organization in any domain of expertise, and then connecting them in context; all while attaining over 92% accuracy.”

Xperscore's platform also offers powerful API plugins and built-in connectors to over 73 software products, including Sharepoint, Jive Software, Yammer, Chatter and many others. "In the future, there will also be a module platform which will allow anyone to enhance functionality for the Xperscore system," Gossage said.
